Against Racism

Your car is Japanese. Your pizza is Italian. Your potato is German. Your wine is Chilean. Your democracy is Greek. Your coffee is Brazilian. Your tea is Tamil. Your watch is Swiss. Your fashion is French. Your shirt is Indian. Your shoes are Thai. Your electronics are Chinese. Your vodka is Russian. And you complain that your neighbor is an immigrant? Pull yourself together! Copy if you stand against RACISM.

I found this quote on my friends Facebook and i thought it was so true. I hate when people start calling people names and make fun of people when in reality most Americans are not truly American to begin with. Meaning that most people have parents and grandparents that were not born in America.

I totally saw this on facebook as well today! It definantly remnded me of this class. Its very true that none of us are really American regardless what papers say. We celebrate holidays (ex. St Pattys day) from differnt countries and yet hate people from differnt countries, its just not right. I think racism has decreased alot but we still have a long way to go!
