After watching “A Class Divided,” I started thinking about the effects it would have if their were a program implemented into the school systems about what it’s like to be discriminated against. Personally, I feel it would be a great program to add to the school systems. It would teach children what it is like to judge people based off a trivial characteristic. My mother actually created a similar program for kindergardeners and first graders, but it is about people with disabilities. She goes around to schools and trances the little ones about what it is like for those who have disabilities. It is a well liked program, and the schools have given her great feedback about it’s results. Adding a program about racism, could possibly reduce prejudice and discrimination.
